Designed to celebrate tradition with an artistic modern flair, Hyde Park House was envisioned in collaboration with the internationally renowned architecture firm, SB Architects of San Francisco and Miami.
The Hyde Park Historic District is renowned for its eclectic array of classic architectural styles, including signature Craftsman and Prairie School style bungalows, as well as French, Mediterranean, Queen Ann, Colonial, and Neo-Classical Revival.
Walking tours of the meticulously maintained neighborhood and its charming historic homes provide endless sources of inspiration and delight. The neighborhood’s impressive tree canopy is even part of a designated Urban Forest that led Tampa to being named one of North America’s “Top Tree Cities” in 2016.
With its distinctive façade, Hyde Park House’s masterful blend of classic and contemporary design pays tribute to the neighborhood’s timeless architecture while offering the ultimate in modern condominium living.
Five stories above its elegant pedestal, an expansive amenity terrace with tropical pools, cabanas and social areas overlooks scenic Bayshore Boulevard and Hillsborough Bay. From there, the tower ascends to 22 stories in a series of gracefully receding tiers, each floor providing increasingly dramatic views of the bay, the neighborhood, and Downtown Tampa skyline.

A masterful blend of classic and contemporary design
“Our approach was to discover architectural features unique to the surrounding Hyde Park community and employ those aspects as key design drivers.
Our goal was to create a state-of-the-art building that balances the neighborhood identity with past traditions. Great historic buildings embrace the occupant, and respect and integrate nature. Hyde Park House is a prime illustration of this outlook.”
